Our Policies

Full payment of the event package is due at time of booking to reserve date for birthday parties and other small events (Village, Gold, Black & White)

 

Large event (Platinum, Diamond, Emerald) bookings will accept a non-refundable $300 deposit to hold your event date. The remaining
balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before your event.

 

2-week cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund of moneys paid. Failure to cancel 2 weeks prior to event will result in loss of payment. 

 

Event hosts are given 30 minutes prior to event to decorate and 30 minutes after to clean up. Please be mindful of the time as other events may be scheduled after yours. 

 

Parents are required to sign waiver forms at time of the event for children to enter inflatables. 

 

An adult must be present & supervising when children are using inflatables. 

 

Tables covers are required for all tables to prevent staining. 

 

Events running later than 10 pm. require on site security. 

 

We ask that you clean up after your event, return tables & chairs to their original positions, and leave the event center in the same clean condition it was before your event started.
